Payroll Cut Off Dates 2018
Listed below are the cutoff dates through December 31, 2018. All BJF’s with supporting documents must be received through the Faculty Affairs Records box at firstname.lastname@example.org by the below submission cut off dates.
As a reminder, all new hires are required by University policy and federal law to provide proper work authorization (I-9). The E-Verify form, which is now handled through workday’s onboarding business process, is used to establish eligibility and work authorization. This must be completed by the Faculty Affairs Office prior to the first day of work or (3) business days from the hire’s start date as per Florida’s State Law.

Our goal is to always ensure timely and accurate payment so please be aware that we will strictly adhered to the above cutoff dates in order to process all transactions efficiently.
If a deadline is missed and an off-cycle check request is required, the department will be charge a $100.00 fee by the Payroll Office.
